Children’s Ministry

Partnering with parents to make disciples

In our Next Gen Ministry, we focus on the spiritual development of the youngest of our church. In Little Village (ages one-K), we lay the first building blocks of a strong, gospel-centered foundation by teaching from the Scriptures and helping parents proclaim who God is and what He has done through Jesus Christ. Our Elementary Ministry (1st-5th grade) continues to build upon this foundation by teaching children about the nature and character of God.

Join us on Sunday in Little Village or Kids Village. Contact Alyssa Moore, Preschool Minister, or Meagan McQuirk, Elementary Minister.

Little Village (ages one – Kindergarten)

In our Preschool ministry (ages one – Kindergarten), we strive to create the first building blocks of a strong, gospel-centered foundation for our children. We teach from the Scriptures and help parents proclaim to their kids who God is and what He has done in the person and work of Jesus Christ. During the weekends, in Little Village, we sing, dance and teach the Bible to the kids, focusing on our five foundational truths: God made everything, God is in charge of everything, God is good, Jesus came to save sinners, and God wants to talk with us.

Our volunteers are required to be trained and screened, and we maintain strict teacher-to-child ratios to ensure safe care. For health standards, children must be free from fever or symptoms of contagious disease for 24 hours. Let us know of any allergies or medical conditions your child may have.

Kids Village (1st – 5th grade)

In our Elementary ministry (1st-5th grade), we work to continue building up a strong, gospel-centered foundation for our children. We do this by teaching our kids about the nature and character of God—that He is wise, generous, loving and good. Our hope is to partner with parents in the discipleship of their children by creating environments, curriculum and resources that center on the gospel of Jesus Christ. On the weekends, in Kids Village, we worship through song, tell stories from the Bible and gather in small groups by age to talk about Scripture together.
