regathering

Join us Sundays at 10 a.m.

WORSHIPPING TOGETHER

After spending the last number of months scattered, The Village Church Denton will begin the process of "Regathering' in late August with a weekly, centralized service hosted simultaneously on both Zoom and in person at the church building.

The hope and goal for these services is to help maintain our church's corporate identity and unity by walking through a shared liturgy - gathering around God's word, confessing our sin, recounting testimonies of praise, and worshiping together. Our hope is that gathering as a whole church in this way for the coming season will help us endure and grow in love for God, one another and our neighbors.  Whether on zoom or in person, the goal is for our church to be together for services in the days ahead.

The plan is to begin hosting weekly, centralized Sunday gatherings every Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m. beginning on August 30.

STAYING CONNECTED

At the same time, we don't want to undermine any of the good that's come from our scattered Sunday gatherings over the past five months. Our hope is to shepherd our congregation toward a centralized gathering while simultaneously strengthening the relationships that have been established and deepened.

Our goal is to regather and stay connected. Not either/or.  If you are looking to get connected to a group of people or questions about your current group, please email Roy Onyebetor, Connections Minister.
