SUMMARY:Talking to Your Children About Sex and Sexuality
DESCRIPTION:Giving children a safe\, clear\, biblical vision for and understanding of sex and sexuality is an important part of parenting\, and it’s something many parents feel ill-equipped to do. \nIf you are the parent of an elementary or preschool age child\, or are expecting a child\, please join us on Saturday\, April 25\, for a Family Equipping Forum on Talking With Your Children About Sex and Sexuality. Our hope is to help equip parents with a healthy understanding of sex and sexuality and how to enstill that in their little ones\, even in their earliest years of life. Our time will be led by Jenna Mountain of Aspen Haus Associates. Jenna is a liscensed counselor and certififed sex therapist. She loves the Lord\, holds fast to God’s design for sex and sexuality and specializes in both helping people heal from sexual brokenness. She is passionate about equipping parents to have the right conversations with their children in the right way at the right time. \nWe will host this forum on Zoom. You will receive the link after you register. Feel free to invite friends\, family members or neighbors from outside our church to join us as well. Please ask them to register as well. \n  \nRegistration for the forum is closed. If you’d like to join the call\, email Anne Holibaugh.

DESCRIPTION:  \nSpin is our spring retreat for 6th – 12th grade students. It is an opportunity for students to pull away from their everyday lives and spend intentional time worshiping the Lord\, learning from the Word and growing in their relationships with Him and with their friends and leaders. DESCRIPTION:Giving children a safe\, clear\, biblical vision for and understanding of sex and sexuality is an important part of parenting\, and it’s something many parents feel ill-equipped to do. \nIf you are the parent of an elementary age child\, please join us on Saturday\, March 21\, for a Family Equipping Forum on Talking With Your Elementary Age Child About Sex and Sexuality. Our hope is to help equip parents with a healthy understanding of sex and sexuality and how to talk with their children in age appropriate ways. Our time will be led by Jenna Mountain of Aspen Haus Associates. Jenna is a liscensed counselor and certififed sex therapist. She loves the Lord\, holds fast to God’s design for sex and sexuality and specializes in both helping people heal from sexual brokenness.
