  1. Gospel & Ministry Philosophy
    • Describe your philosophy of pastoral ministry. How
      does the gospel shape the way you lead, preach,
      disciple, and shepherd God’s people?
  2. Shepherding & Discipleship
    • Share a specific example of how you have walked
      with someone (or a group) through spiritual growth,
      suffering, or a season of challenge. What did you learn
      about shepherding through that experience?
  3. Mission & Culture
    • Every church and city has a unique culture. After
      reading the Pastoral Profile and learning about
      Denton, how would you seek to honor and preserve
      the existing culture of The Village Church Denton
      while also leading us toward future faithfulness and
      growth?
